1. In depth research and extensive consultation.
In order to expand regional influence, the National Stone Quality Inspection Center carried out in-depth research. Rush to relevant scientific research institutes, chambers of commerce, associations, leading enterprises, etc. at all levels inside and outside the province to investigate the needs on the spot, learn relevant preparation experience and expand thinking; At the same time, we will go deep into provincial universities, scientific research institutes and technical institutions to investigate and study, discuss technical problems, learn construction experience, and provide direction for the overall work. So far, 317 copies of feedback information have been collected from 360 enterprises, units, departments, associations or individuals through on-site visits, emails and telephone calls.
2. Introduce and cultivate talents and form echelon.
With the goal of building a high-quality, professional and complex technical team, we will pay close attention to cultivating and optimizing the talent echelon to meet the needs of employment. First, strengthen the joint training of colleges and universities, establish a long-term cooperation relationship with China University of Geosciences, South China University of Technology and other institutions of higher learning in talent training and introduction, introduce high-level talents to the scarce positions, and provide a good guarantee for technical needs. Second, select excellent employees to go to Guangdong Quality Inspection Center and other technical institutions to cultivate professional skills, make strategic technical reserves, and actively use innovative knowledge and research results to strengthen their own capacity building. The third is to invite well-known experts in the industry to hold regular knowledge lectures for the central staff to improve their professional and technical abilities. At present, there are 5 lectures held with 83 participants.
3. Enhance strength with the help of external brain.
The center makes full use of external forces to jointly promote the development of construction in depth. First, hold a highly authoritative, influential and representative technical expert demonstration meeting, invite senior experts from China Stone Association, China Academy of Geological Sciences, Sun Yat sen University and other departments and well-known enterprises to conduct technical demonstration on the construction project of stone product classification database, improve the construction scheme, strengthen the feasibility study, and lay a good foundation for the high standard preparation and high starting point development of the database. The second is to organize and hold a seminar on "Scientific utilization of stone resources to promote the development of green stone industry", which aims to help technical experts and manufacturers understand the situation and help the database construction. The third is to strengthen cooperation with social scientific research forces and explore the mechanism of introducing social forces into major scientific research projects of the system.
4. Carefully sort out and accumulate materials.
Formulate the construction scheme and detailed project work plan of the Stone Product Classification Database, carefully sort out the stone sample pictures, test data and other materials, and compile them into volumes. At present, the data classification and sorting of nearly 500 samples of minerals and more than 1000 samples of plates have been completed, as well as the binding of the first stone product classification database atlas (the first volume of minerals and rocks). Actively promote the construction of stone database information retrieval system, improve the establishment of relevant standard systems, collect information about stone products, standard methods, scientific utilization of stone resources at home and abroad, constantly strengthen and innovate the construction of supporting facilities - configure 60 inch LCD TV and touch screen computer, complete the underlying data structure and basic interface of some stone samples, and provide software and hardware support for the "stone sample query system", Finally, statistics, retrieval, reference and other functions are realized.
