According to the past experience of Topteck and the basic rules of the industry, stone enterprises undertaking high-end projects such as five-star hotels or headquarters office buildings should generally meet the following basic requirements:
1. The thickness of all plates is 20 ± 1mm, and there is no cutting corners.
2. All stones shall be treated with waterproof adhesive, waterproof, antifouling, anti back seepage, shovel free net, anti air drum, anti crushing and easy to paste.
3. The board surface glossiness shall reach the national standard of more than 5 °.
4. The flatness, dimension accuracy and interface smoothness of the board surface shall be higher than the national standard for superior products.
5. Party A can go to the stone factory to seal the large plate as the standard of material selection and acceptance according to the confirmed sample before supplying.
6. All stones, except the back mesh and glue surface, must be waterproof on five sides. Before waterproof treatment, the stones must be dry to ensure that the depth of waterproof liquid penetrating into the stones is not less than 3mm.
7. When supplying, a waterproof label must be pasted on the upper right corner of the front of each plate, indicating the installation direction, house type, use position, elevation, number and other information, so that the construction unit can construct according to the number.
8. The bottom plate of stone wooden box is made of 25 mm thick wood plates, the surrounding baffles are reinforced with 20 mm thick wood plates, and the inner sides are wrapped with 5 mm film. The middle of each plate is separated by a film, and packed according to the same elevation/same room/same floor. Each box is about 20~25 square meters. Those with the same elevation shall be packed in the same box as far as possible. Separate packaging for different floors or rooms to avoid confusion. A corresponding packing list is set on the wooden box. The wooden box contains the corresponding typesetting drawings. The outside of the wooden box is wrapped with a waterproof tensile membrane to prevent rainwater infiltration.
9. It is required to complete at least 3 five-star hotel cases of the same grade within the past year.
10. The scale of the factory shall meet the requirements of independent completion from the mine to the construction site without outsourcing.
11. Ensure that the production and processing are arranged according to the construction period and quality requirements in the technical bid, ensure that the stone processing and quality requirements of the project are met, and promise the relevant responsibilities.
12. The factory technicians shall stay on the site, unconditionally provide all-round services, and solve various problems encountered on site.
13. A one-year warranty period will be implemented for the project. During the warranty period, professional after-sales personnel will keep in touch with the owner and provide the first time solutions to problems.
14. The factory strictly implements the policy of scientific and technological innovation and green production, and the enterprise and products actively tackle key problems in technology, which can conform to the mainstream trend of the development of the stone industry in the new era.
