Secondly, the density and hardness of stone slabs can be identified by sound after confirming that there are no cracks in the stone. Generally, the stone with steel sound is relatively dense and hard; The density and hardness of the muffled sound are relatively small.
Third, the test of stone glossiness. The way to see is to point the stone at the light source, when the mirror looks at the image of a person, if the image of a person is only vaguely seen, the glossiness is about 70 degrees; If the image is clear and the object is basically consistent with the image, the glossiness is about 80 degrees; If you can clearly see the hair, wrinkles, beard, etc. on the face, the glossiness should be about 90 degrees; Read all the words clearly, and the glossiness should be about 100 degrees.
Fourth, if the family has a 90 degree angle ruler and a steel ruler, it is convenient to inspect the flatness and angle of the stone slab; If there is no way to place the decorative surface of the stone on the flat glass, press the upper and lower corners of the plate. If the stone shakes, the unevenness is too large. If the stone shakes slightly, the unevenness is 0.2 to 0.5 mm. Two pieces of stone can also be used for butt jointing, facing the light to determine whether the edge of the plate is straight; For angles, four plates can be used to make a cross. Rotate the four corners of each plate to make a cross repeatedly to determine whether the angle meets the requirements of right angle.
Fifth, according to the stone processing trace, its performance is determined. The artificial stone pattern has no sense of hierarchy, the color is consistent, and the back has the impression of the mold; The dyed stone has obvious layers at the fracture; Gloss is lower than natural stone; The coated stone is easy to wear, and there are scratches on the light; Waxed plate has increased glossiness, but it is not durable. It will lose luster when baked with fire.
