1、 Packaging of decorative stone:
The packaging of stone plates shall be determined according to the quantity, transportation conditions and other factors. The packaging is different for different quantities and transportation conditions. The packaging forms are generally divided into wooden boxes and straw ropes, which are suitable for long-distance transportation. Iron waist hoop shall be added at both ends of each wooden box, and iron clad angle shall be added on the crosspiece. Straw rope packaging can be used to wrap the boards with smooth surfaces in the order of length and width with straw ropes with a diameter of no less than 10mm, and bind them firmly. In addition, straw ropes can also be tied in the shape of "well", and each binding point should not be less than 3.
After the stone is packed, the number, specification and quantity shall be marked on the package. The identification shall not be written casually, but shall be standardized.
2、 Transportation of decorative stone:
Basic rules need to be observed when handling and loading and unloading stone materials:
1. It shall be handled with care. It is strictly prohibited to roll. When stacking vertically, the back edge must land first.
2. When the area of a single stone plate exceeds 0.25 ㎡, it shall be handled vertically. When large products are handled with lifting tools, the stressed edges must be padded.
3. When loading and unloading products packed in wooden cases with hoisting equipment, it is better to hoist them in one box each time. The straw rope shall not be lifted during the handling of products packed with straw rope.
4. Loading and stacking shall be carried out in accordance with the storage requirements. The transportation shall be stable and collision is strictly prohibited.
3、 Storage of decorative stone:
In principle, stone plates shall be stored indoors, and if they are stored outdoors, they must be covered. When the plates are stacked vertically, the smooth surfaces shall be opposite, the inclination shall not be greater than 15 °, the stack height shall be 1.6m, and the bottom and interlayer must be supported with pollution-free elastic materials. When it is not possible to stack vertically, the smooth surface shall be opposite, the ground shall be flat and solid, the interlayer supporting points shall be on the same vertical line, and the stack height shall be 1m. The packed products should be stacked at a height of 2m.
